Cherrywood's Midnight Clear, CGC BISS

Cherrywood's Midnight Clear, Milos, is the older gentleman of our household.  He is now heading toward his 9th year of making us happy and we look forward to many more.Milos Smiles

Milos started out with a great show career, but seemed to hate the show ring and therefore has spent his later years roaming the hills of Maine (to his utmost delight).

Milos's pedigree

On September 8, 2015 we had to say good-bye to our handsome guy.  May you always run free of pain as your memories continue to leave footprints on our hearts..

In Memoriam

Remembering the ones that have crossed the bridge.  Forever in our thoughts and hearts.

Cherrywood's First Edition, Sophie
February 9, 1999 - January 9, 2010

Sophieat10Sophie was my first leonberger and my heart-dog!  Her white paws may have eliminated her from the show ring, but the did not keep her from becoming one of the most loved leos in the Northeast.  She served her Therapy patients faithfully and was always ready with a smile and a kiss.

Sophie was our Princess and our love.  I miss her all the time.

Picture is of her at 10 years and 9 months.  She still looked so young.

Teddington Bear's Frigg I Aasgaard, Fia
October 16, 1995 - 2004

Fia-8y2moWe rehomed Fia when she was 5 years old from a breeder that had imported her from Norway, but could just not keep her as an extra bitch.  She was a big girl weighing at a slim 160 pounds with heavy bone and beautiful eyes.

Fia became Sophie's constant companion and quickly found her own special place in our lives and hearts.  We lost her way too soon to osteosarchoma.

Picture is Fia just after her 8th birthday.
